I wish I attended your classes - I would have learnt a lot with my imagination flying and hands creating! All the children are talented and happy! Their artworks are full of love, joy, smiles, happiness. They must adore you (their parents, too)!:)) You are a good teacher, Kathy! P.S. I mean both your classes. It's such a good idea with these videois!
Thank you soooo much Rossichka!!! You are one of my biggest fans of my work and also my schoolwork! I adore you to! !! The kids are happy indeed but I wish that they will remember me one day in their lives...that they will remember my hunger to 'knowing' and creating. I think that is one of the most wonderfull things of teaching...INSPIRING them! ♥
But children also inspire us, don't they? So this process is mutual! I'm sure your boys and girls will remember you, your classes and the joy and passion for creating you've shared! And... who knows - maybe some of them will dedicate their lives to art, thanks to you... Two years ago I watched a talented young puppeteer. After the performance I was so happy to learn from him that once he had attended one of my puppet theatre studios for children!!!! I couldn't recognize him, of course, cause he had turned into a young man, but I remembered his name and his best role... What a surprise, eh? Just the same happened to my husband - he found out that while working upon a theatre project with pupils some years ago, he had inspired a 14-year old boy to become an actor. And this year he graduated from the National academy for theatre and film arts!! So...we don't know what traces we leave in children's souls. But you surely do, Kathy!!x
